Warehouse costs
Enter your total monthly warehouse costs — rent, staff, utilities, equipment, shrinkage and 3PL fees. Include everything that is a direct cost of operating your warehouse.
Units dispatched
Enter annual units dispatched across all products. This is used to calculate your true cost per unit, which is then benchmarked against the 3PL market rate of £2.80/unit.
SKU table (optional)
Add individual products with their sell price and annual units. The tool calculates warehouse cost as a % of sell price for each and assigns a RAG status.
RAG logic
Green: warehouse cost <12% of sell price. Amber: 12–20%. Red: >20%. Products in red need a pricing review or cost reduction before they erode your margin further.
